Its articulated arms and multi-degree-of-freedom hands allow for precise object manipulation, supporting tasks such as picking, sorting, assembly assistance, and material handling. A defining capability of Figure 02 is its integration of advanced AI systems, combining computer vision, language understanding, and action planning. This allows the robot to interpret its environment, follow instructions, and adapt to changing workflows with greater flexibility than traditional fixed automation systems. Figure 02 is capable of being applied across manufacturing, automotive, and logistics sectors, where it contributes to operational efficiency, supports workforce scalability, and helps reduce exposure to repetitive or physically demanding tasks. From an operational perspective, the system is designed for extended use in controlled indoor environments, with emphasis on safety, consistency, and compatibility with existing industrial processes. While it reflects significant progress in humanoid robotics, it remains part of an evolving category of systems that continue to advance in capability, cost efficiency, and accessibility.
